Finding the perfect mother's day gift is one of the most challenging for me. What physical object can I give to my mom that represents how much I love her? I don't think that there will ever be something that could express how important she is to me; how grateful I am for every phone call, walk on the beach, and movie snuggles. Instead, I have shifted my approach. What is something that I can give her that would help improve her day. Something that she enjoys doing day to day but can be improved by something small.

That's how I approached this year's gift collection. I thought about what her daily routines are and how I could enhance that activity. This way mother's day isn't one moment of the year as a reminder, but instead she knows that she is valued and important every day and deserves to be happy and feel pampered. Now the hard part is not figuring out what to get but rather choosing what to get from this list!
